Dr. Tawnia K. Prior

Owner, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
“I love cats and dogs in all shapes, sizes, and breeds. From preventative care to surgery, my passion is keeping your fur babies healthy.”
Dr. Prior has been working as a small animal veterinarian since graduating from the University of Minnesota in 2005. Prior to veterinary school, she worked as a Certified Veterinary Technician for over 10 years.
Dr. Prior lives in Delano with her husband and two beautiful daughters. The Priors’ share their home with two Vizslas named Justice and Allegiance and two cats, Sophie and Itten. When time allows, Dr. Prior enjoys spending quality time at the family cabin, baking (not cooking), and trap/target shooting.
Dr. Rose Rodriguez

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Dr. Rodriguez has been working as a small animal veterinarian since graduating from Iowa State University in 2019. Prior to veterinary school she worked with her father who is a veterinarian in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Rodriguez lives in Delano with her husband and two young boys. They also share their home with a cat named Athena. When not caring for pets, she enjoys taking walks, bike rides, and playing at the parks with her boys.
Lisa Goede

Receptionist
Lisa attended Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota. She grew up around animals and very much enjoys being a part of the veterinary world. Aside from the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to movies and traveling.
Amy Gabbert

Veterinary Technician
Amy earned her Veterinary Technician/AAS Degree from Ridgewater college. She is an animal lover many times over – this is her passion. Amy has 5 horses: Rosy, Lucky, Devil’s Secret, Flame, and Willow. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, fishing, and going to music concerts.
Shannon Lacher

Veterinary Technician
Shannon is a graduate of the U of M Waseca earning her Veterinary Technician/AAS degree in 1992, where she’s been working in the field ever since. She currently has 3 dogs. Fury a red/white Border Collie, Stryker a black/white smooth coated Border Collie, and Zivah a Doberman Pinscher.
Away from work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, the occasional pet sitting, and most of all spending time with her husband where they enjoy movie nights and studying the Bible together.
Serina Pachan, CVT

Certified Veterinary Technician
Serina graduated from North Dakota State University, earning her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Veterinary Technology as well as a minor in Large Animal Technology. She received her MN State Board Certification in 2019. Serina loves spending time with her dog Sage, a Labrador mix, as well reading, beach days, watching movies, and time with family and friends.
